Example: MyVids
MyVids is an interactive service
delivery platform that enables consumers to receive and watch TV
in the form of DRM protected digital video on the devices of
their choice (e.g. set-top boxes, PC, mobile devices)
Example: MetaMC
MetaMC is a platform to enable
consumers to orient themselves according to their musical
interests and habits. For the purpose of simple orientation the
"moods" created by music and genres created by communities
(e.g. skaters make music for skaters) come to the fore.
Example: Independent movie distribution
An independent film producer intends to publish and distribute
movies to End-users. To save cost the movies will be promoted
exclusively on the internet. The movies will be distributed for
free in low-resolution (MPEG-4 SD). End-users will be able to pay
for the download of the high-resolution version (MPEG-4 HD) and
for the DVD. The movie will also be broadcasted on satellite.

Example: Art Television Channel
A group of gallery owners and art enthusiasts intend to establish
a television channel for art lovers. The content of the television
channel will consist of high quality still pictures of artworks
presented as a slideshow, live broadcasts from private views and
interviews with contemporary artists.
